When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you voluntarily provide, which may include your name, email address, and the contents of your message. We do not require you to create an account to use the Site.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our hosting provider and analytics tools may automatically collect standard technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used in aggregate to help us understand how the Site is used and to keep it running reliably.

• Business transfers. If Days Café Robotics is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before personal information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Contact-form submissions are stored in a secured Supabase database. We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect the information we collect against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification, consistent with Florida Statutes § 501.171 (Florida Information Protection Act). No method of transmission over the internet, however, is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain contact-form submissions only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and for our legitimate business and legal recordkeeping purposes.

6. Cookies and Tracking

The Site may use a minimal number of cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site functioning correctly (for example, to remember basic preferences) and to gather aggregated usage analytics. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent; some portions of the Site may not function properly without cookies enabled.
