"Good coffee isn't just about the machine. It's about the ingredients, the process, and the standard you refuse to drop."
Stefan brings more than ten years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a background built around leading hospitality businesses, managing teams, and understanding what it takes to deliver a consistent customer experience every single day.
Over the years, he has seen what makes a hospitality business work behind the scenes — the suppliers, the product quality, the daily operations, the timing, the training, and the small details customers may not always notice, but definitely feel. That experience is what he brings into Days Café.
For Stefan, joining Days was about taking everything he learned in traditional hospitality and applying it to something new. A robotic coffee concept still needs the same fundamentals: great ingredients, reliable systems, strong quality control, and a product people want to come back for.
"Technology can make the process smarter, but the quality still has to be there. That part is non-negotiable."
At Days, Stefan focuses on establishing the coffee supply chain, selecting the right products, managing vendor relationships, and making sure every drink meets the standard the brand was built around. From the coffee beans to the milk, matcha, syrups, and every ingredient that goes into the menu, his role is to make sure the final cup tastes as good as the experience looks.
He is also closely involved in quality control, making sure the robotic barista isn't just impressive to watch, but also consistent in what it serves. For him, the goal is simple: if people come for the robot, they should come back for the coffee.
